I've been on Windows 7 Home Premium for years now and don't really see myself upgrading anytime soon.

Same here. I don't like the appearance of Windows 10 and I have a pretty low-end computer so it wouldn't be a smart choice either.

I'm running Windows 8.1 on my HP Spectre x360 pro laptop, which I disliked a lot after using 7 for a while, but I've kinda gotten used to it now.

I've never used windows 8 before but I just recently upgraded to windows 10 after using 7 for 6+ years. I haven't regretted the decision at all.
